Pirate raid stole the uniform of a CS:GO esports team before a tournament

Unknown individuals have stolen the uniform of the CS:GO esports team “Rave” ahead of a tournament, which was supposed to take place on May 1-2 in Moscow. The team’s coach, Kirill “Xul” Tarasov, said that the team’s jerseys, pants, and jackets were stolen during the night from April 27 to April 28. According to him, the uniforms were in a locked car parked near the hotel where the players were staying.

The coach added that the team has already contacted the tournament organizers and law enforcement agencies. The police have reportedly begun an investigation, and the organizers have promised to provide the team with new uniforms.

At the same time, Tarasov noted that the team is not going to change its name, as it is already well-known in the CS:GO community. The coach also said that the team will not withdraw from the tournament and will play in improvised uniforms.

The Rave team was created in 2016 and has since participated in various tournaments, including the CIS Minor Championship – Krakow 2017, where they took third place, and the CIS Minor Championship – London 2018, where they took second place.
